Information we collect

- Enquiry content (instruments traded, lesson interest, chart experience notes)
- Booking and payment administration records for paid tuition
- Technical logs reasonably required to operate the website (for example IP address and browser type in server logs)

We do not ask for passwords to brokerage accounts, full card numbers through this website, or other sensitive financial credentials via the contact form.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule lessons, deliver tuition, process refunds where applicable, improve lesson operations, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Legal bases & Australian privacy

Retention
Enquiry records are typically retained for up to twenty-four months if no engagement follows. Client tuition records are retained for seven years or as otherwise required for tax and consumer-law purposes, then securely deleted or de-identified where practicable.

We use service providers who support email, scheduling, or hosting. They process information on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
