Last updated: 30 July 2026
Acceptance
By accessing insightfuldata.digital or enquiring about Insightfuldata lessons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book tuition.
About us
Insightfuldata provides technical analysis training focused on divergence detection. Contact details: 30 Chester Street, Glengarrie, New South Wales; phone (02) 6628 6284; email info@insightfuldata.digital.
Educational nature of services
Lessons, clinics, labs, curriculum materials, and journal articles are educational. They are not personalised financial product advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.
Bookings and fees
Places are confirmed in writing after enquiry. Fees, deposits, and schedules stated in a placement note form part of the agreement for that engagement. Informational prices on this site may change and do not themselves create a contract.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, checklists, annotated examples prepared by Insightfuldata, and website content remain our intellectual property. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive form messages). We may refuse or end tuition where conduct undermines a safe learning environment for other participants.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Insightfuldata is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages arising from use of educational materials or from decisions you make after tuition. Our liability for a particular paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under Australian law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
